Not sure how to use Dropbox?

Once you have been emailed an invite to the Dropbox you will need to set an account if you do not already have one. After registering, the #EngAndLitDropbox folder will be there waiting for you.

The easiest way to manage using the Dropbox (I find at least) is to install it onto your computer. Once you have done this you can use it the same way you would your My Documents folder. You can drag and drop files into #EngAndLitDropbox or save them to there directly.

As long as your computer is connected to the internet the files will automatically sync to the cloud and everyone else who has downloaded the #EngAndLitDropbox folder will be able to see them (and if you have saved them in an editable format, make changes to them too). In the same way, when other people save things into the #EngAndLitDropbox folder then assuming you are connected to the internet and the sync in complete (you will see a green tick next to the icon) be able to access the files too.

If any of this is unclear, you can email the address above or message me @ButWhyMiss for more help.
